Tower Stack Master

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tower Stack Master (the “Game”), developed by Neghara (“we”, “us”), on Android and iOS devices. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License to use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Neghara.

You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Game, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Game with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Purchases require using an account authorized on the corresponding app store, which may have its own age and payment requirements.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to alter gameplay, scores, or progress.
• Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Game's normal operation or security.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could disable, damage, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game or its related systems.

Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your access, and, where applicable, removal from leaderboards or forfeiture of achievements.

4. Virtual items

The Game may include virtual items such as coins, power-ups, or other in-game content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:

• Have no monetary value and are not redeemable for real money or any other real-world value.
• Are licensed to you, not sold — you do not own them, and they exist only within the Game.
• May be reset, adjusted, or removed if we make changes to the Game or discontinue a feature.
• Are non-transferable between accounts, devices, or platforms, except where the Game explicitly enables it (for example, via cloud save).

5. Purchases and subscriptions

The Game offers optional purchases, including ad removal and a “Plus” auto-renewing subscription. All transactions are billed, processed, and managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their own terms of sale and refund policies. We do not process or store your payment details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand through your store account.
• Prices, taxes, and billing cycles are set and displayed by the store at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store, not to us directly.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.

6. Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, including banners and rewarded ads. Interacting with ads is optional except where a rewarded ad is the explicit mechanism to obtain an in-game reward. Ad content is served by AdMob and is not controlled by us; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. Game services (optional sign-in)

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, your use of leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves is additionally subject to that platform's own terms of service. We may remove scores or achievements that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploits, or a violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, design, artwork, sound, and trademarks, is owned by Neghara or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

9. Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, including balance changes, content changes, or the removal of a feature. We are not liable to you for any such change.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neghara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or Virtual Items, arising out of or related to your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Neghara's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Game or in applicable law. We will publish the updated version on this same page, indicating the date of the last modification. Continued use of the Game after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
