This Privacy Policy describes how Tower Stack Master (the “Game”), developed by Neghara (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it on Android and iOS devices. We encourage you to read it before playing. By using the Game, you accept the practices described here.
- We do not ask you to create an account or to give us your name, email, or phone number.
- Your progress (coins, best score, settings, power-ups) is stored on your own device.
- We show ads through Google AdMob and offer optional purchases.
- If you choose to, you can connect Google Play Games or Apple Game Center for leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves.
- We do not sell your personal data.
1. Data we process
1.1 Data you store on your device
The Game stores locally on your device (using the app's preferences storage) the information needed for your gameplay to work. This data is not sent to our servers:
- Music, sound effects, and vibration settings.
- In-game coins and available power-ups.
- Your best score / streak.
- Daily wheel spins and other progress counters.
- The status of your purchases (for example, “No Ads” or “Plus”).
1.2 Data processed by third-party services
For features such as advertising, purchases, or game services, external providers are involved and may process data under their own policies:

The Game requests the INTERNET permission on the device, which is needed to load ads, process
purchases, and sync with the game services when you use them.
1.3 What we do NOT do
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
- We do not use our own analytics or tracking tools beyond the providers listed above.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
2. Advertising
The Game shows ads (banners and rewarded ads) through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to display ads, including personalization where permitted. You can limit personalized advertising from your device settings (by resetting or limiting the advertising identifier) and, if you wish, you can remove ads through the corresponding in-Game purchase.

3. Purchases and subscriptions
The Game offers optional purchases, including ad removal and a “Plus” subscription. Transactions are processed entirely through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment method details. Managing, renewing, and canceling subscriptions is done from your corresponding store account.
4. Game services (optional sign-in)
You can play as a guest, with your data stored only on the device. If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saving of your progress are enabled. In that case, those services process your player ID, your public player name, and your gameplay progress data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Managing your player account is handled by the platform (Google or Apple).
5. Children
The Game is not specifically directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Advertising may be subject to restrictions based on the age declared in the store account.
6. Retention and security
Gameplay data is kept on your device for as long as you have the Game installed; uninstalling it deletes that local data. Data saved in the cloud through the game services remains linked to your platform account until you delete it from there. We apply reasonable measures to protect the information, although no system is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing. Since most data is stored on your device or in your platform account, you can exercise much of this control directly:
- By clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it to remove local progress.
- By managing or deleting your cloud save and profile from Google Play Games or Apple Game Center.
- By resetting or limiting the advertising identifier from your device settings.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Game or in applicable law. We will publish the updated version on this same page, indicating the date of the last modification.
